Janice Dutnall had been working with MRI and later IRES for over 9 years serving as an Implementation Consultant, Regional Consulting Manager and Sales Associate.  During that time while building relationships with her clients she identified a need for reliable and experienced consulting resources in the Southern California area.  In an effort to satisfy that need, JD Real Estate System Consulting began providing independent consulting services to property management companies  in January 2005. 

 

In January of 2008, Robert Tiritilli, who had been providing independent consulting services to Real Estate firms in Southern California since December of 2005 joined JD Real Estate Systems Consulting in order to provide enhanced planning and project management services and allow for more comprehensive client coverage working with other areas of the IRES MRI applications.   Robert had previously spent over a year with IRES as Regional Manager for Consulting Services, 6 years with KPMG’s Real Estate Consulting practice, and 6 years with CB Commercial Real Estate.

 

Additional technical resources allow us to accommodate demand for tailoring and report writing.  Our experienced team delivers quality work efficiently with a focus on client satisfaction.
