Janice Dutnall
Janice is widely regarded as the pre-eminent MRI software expert on the West Coast and, with eighteen years of MRI client support experience, her services are highly sought after. Handpicked by MRI in 1996 to open their western region offices, Janice was the backbone of MRI's West Coast consulting services division for over ten years. Promoted to Regional Manager in 2000, Janice played a key role in the dramatic growth of MRI's western region activity and was personally responsible for virtually all implementation and consulting activity during her over ten years of service.
In 2005 Janice, along with her husband Robert Tiritilli, formed JD Consulting Services. Their goal was to create a consulting services company that combined consistent, high level support and consulting services with a personalized, relationship based approach. They understand that long term relationships work best for both client and consultant and that those relationships grow out of a genuine concern and commitment to client success coupled with in depth product and application experience.
Robert Tiritilli
Robert has twenty years Property Management systems consulting experience. After five years working in accounting and internal audit in the banking industry, Robert began his Real Estate software career with CB Richard Ellis's Real Estate services group in 1991. As one of MRI's first premier national accounts, a successful CB implementation was critical to MRI's future in the industry and Robert played a key role in CB's successful implementation project. Robert was initially part of the testing and review team and then was a key part of the CB implementation team that developed and managed their national rollout. Robert left CB in 1997 to join KPMG's Real Estate Consulting practice and spent the next six years managing Enterprise level Real Estate software implementations throughout the US.
In 2003 Robert left KPMG to work for Tririga and then MRI Software evntually moving on to work as an independent consultant managing a number of Property Management software related projects nationwide. Robert joined forces with Janice in 2006 to form JD Consulting. His unique combination of accounting, operations, MRI software, and project management expertise coupled with his exceptional track record provides a huge asset to current and future clients.
Application Specialists
Linda Dutnall
Linda has 10 years overall experience planning, developing and maintaining internal applications for both multi-national and small scale organizations. Skilled at combining an understanding of user needs with a common sense approach to IT solutions, she is dedicated to meeting deadlines and commitments while providing simplified solutions to complex tasks.
Linda joined JD Consulting in 2008 to extend our technical support capabilities both within and beyond MRI's traditional internal tools and she also shares our passion for providing clients high level expertise delivered in a personalized, relationship based approach. Linda is a Technical Developer with a strong background in SQL database development having spent eight years with a major oilfield services provider, Schlumberger. Linda was part of a team that developed and maintained an internal web-based catalog and quoting system including a multi-tier database featuring over 1.3 million products using MSSQL. In addition to system development, the team also supported over six thousand multi-segment, global users.
In previous MRI versions, just being an expert on the software and internal tools was enough to provide for almost all of a client's support needs. However with MRI's move to a SQL database and the ability to access and manage SQL data via browser based programming, new avenues for user support and productivity enhancement are rapidly evolving, Linda's skill set extends our capabilities in these areas.
Elizabeth Riley
Elizabeth has over 14 years of experience working with SQL based accounting software applications. She holds a BS in accounting and is a CPA. Elizabeth performed implementations, training, and customization services for Solomon and Great Plains accounting Software.
Elizabeth became the Manager of Business Applications in Europe for Tishman Speyer. In this role, she worked extensively with the MRI Software system providing software support, report writing, and database modification services and performing application upgrades. She also conducted MRI employee trainings for regional offices.
Upon returning to the US, Elizabeth continued to provide consulting services on the MRI system for Tishman Speyer to the US offices. In addition, she has provided QuickBooks accounting and customization services for real estate developers. Her experience in all aspects of the MRI product lifecycle brought her to join the JD Consulting team where she provides a variety of consulting services to our clients.
Yvonne Sularski
Yvonne has over 12 years of experience working with the MRI Property Management system as a client and as a consultant. She holds BS and MS degrees in Accounting and is a licensed CPA.
In 2007, Yvonne joined the accounting team at Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund; a Denver based REIT, where she gained a comprehensive knowledge of MRI as an end user as well as supporting all MRI end users. Working closely with JD Consulting, she developed a greater knowledge of the MRI applications Yvonne migrated into a systems/project based role within the company where her primary focus was on the implementation of MRI modules and functionality, database customization, report writing, migration to the MRI web product, integration of 3rd party systems, and employee trainings. She was instrumental in driving new processes, improving productivity and enhancing reporting throughout all departments of the company.
Yvonne moved on to JD Consulting in 2016. As part of our team, she has continued to enhance her MRI system knowledge and technical skill set. She has been involved in a wide range of projects across multiple MRI modules ranging from custom reports and web pages, Recoveries implementations, and GL chart conversions to name a few. Her combined accounting, end user, and technical experience have combined to make her respected member of our team.
Susan Wilson
Sue joined us in September of 2020 after over 25 years at The Irvine Company where she served as a Senior Direct responsible for Financial Systems, Lease Administration, and CAM recoveries. Her extensive industry and MRI experience enhance our detail support capabilities with an executive level perspective on business process and solutions.
